You are invited to join our team at Gleeds Consulting (I) Pvt. Ltd., Pune RO as an Assistant Cost Manager / Cost Manager. We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with a background in high-rise residential projects in Mumbai. As an Assistant Cost Manager / Cost Manager, your responsibilities will include tasks related to cost management such as Billing, BBS, Budgeting, Estimation, Rate analysis, Monthly Cost Reporting, Risk Management, Value Engineering, Contracts Management, Cost Planning, Tender Process, and Valuations within the construction industry. This is a full-time on-site role based in Vikhroli, Mumbai. Position: Assistant Cost Manager / Cost Manager Role: Billing & BBS, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management Works, Budgeting & Costing Experience: 6 to 10 years in high-rise building construction projects in Mumbai Location: Vikhroli (E), Mumbai We prefer candidates who reside in Mumbai and can join at the earliest. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Billing, BBS, Quantity Surveying, or Cost Management within construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD is required, along with familiarity with Power BI, Revit platform, BIM Modelling, SAP, etc. Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards is essential, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Possession of a PG and Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) would be a plus.
