Job Description
Prepare detailed quotations/offers based on approved design layouts from clients. Analyse material and labour costs for custom lab furniture projects. Coordinate with design and production teams to validate costing accuracy. Monitor actual vs. estimated costs throughout the project lifecycle. Handle monthly billing of contractors as per layout progress and site work. Maintain cost sheets and estimation records for future reference. Participate in pricing discussions and quotation negotiations with clients. Justify costing components and support the sales team during order finalization. Coordinate project planning activities from order confirmation to delivery. Maintain clear documentation for each case-to-case project execution Requisite Skills: Proficient in Advance MS Excel, basic AutoCAD understanding preferred Good communication & negotiation skills Ability to read technical drawings and BOQ Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Yearly bonus Work Location: In person,
