Job Description

As a Cost Controller working under the supervision of the Head of Controlling Energy, your responsibilities will include the following: - Providing support to project managers in utilizing ProMoCore for project cost tracking, ensuring accurate cost accounting, estimating cost prices, managing cash flow curves, and preparing project review reports. - Collaborating with management to prepare and consolidate budgets and profit and loss forecasts for the execution center in India. - Participating in financial audits to validate accounts and results. - Managing cash flow and liquidity effectively. - Handling project accounting tasks in SAP. - Monitoring and managing timekeeping activities. - Managing invoicing processes, including intercompany transactions. - Overseeing hourly rate and transfer pricing management. - Developing forecasted load curves to assess workforce sizing adequacy in relation to projected activity levels. - Identifying and analyzing variances between actual and budgeted figures, as well as from previous reviews. - Preparing and verifying monthly operational reports containing financial and non-financial data, and translating these indicators into meaningful business insights. - Defining, establishing, and tracking key indicators relevant to management requirements and in alignment with Group standards. - Ensuring the correct application of the Group's rules and implementing corrective actions when necessary.,
