Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Interact with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions Prepare effective training programs Develop programs and curriculum for the employee of the organization for orientation and in-job training Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed Collaborate with the companys management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training Design and disseminate educational material such as module summaries videos and so on Ensure the compliance of the companys employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed Organize seminars workshops individual training sessions etc. Oversee training budgets as per the company standards Evaluate the educational progress to identify areas of improvement Supervise employee performance and response to training Stay informed about new techniques in corporate teaching Job Requirements 2+ years" experience of working on a Corporate Trainer position Significant experience with teaching methodologies and tools Excellent communication presentation and public speaking skills Good practical experience with MS Office particularly with PowerPoint and e-learning software Strong organizational and time management skills Good critical thinking and decision making abilities BSc or BA degree in business HR finance or other relevant area; additional certification (such as CPLP) will be a bonus Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Experience: Training : 2 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Required) Work Location: In person,
