Strategic Planning

• Lead the annual and long-range STRAP process for multiple business verticals.
• Develop and validate business unit strategies through market intelligence, competitor analysis, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with CXOs and BU Heads to align plans with corporate goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and adjancies.
  Strategic Projects & Initiatives
• Design and deliver bespoke strategic assignments.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to pilot and scale initiatives.
• Track and report progress on strategic interventions to top management.

Market & Industry Intelligence

• Conduct market scanning, trend analysis, and benchmarking exercises.
• Monitor disruptions, emerging technologies, regulatory changes impacting core businesses.
• Create and present structured insights and reports for strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership Engagement

• Engage closely with senior leaders to present findings and drive alignment.
• Build credibility and influence across diverse teams and functions.
• Facilitate strategic offsites, workshops, and ideation sessions.

Strategic Agility & Initiative

• Act as a proactive initiator to surface white spaces and early-stage ideas.
• Demonstrate high agility in switching between long-term strategy and immediate tactical responses.
• Continuously improve strategy processes and tools.

• MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent with a focus on Strategy / Finance / General Management.
• Preference will be given to AALP batch of 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a strategy function within a conglomerate (multi-industry/multi-business environments)
• Prior experience in strategy execution and project delivery is a must
• Hands-on exposure to analytical modeling, business case building, and industry analysis.
