Job Summary: The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to target corporate clients, including B2B partnerships, large-scale deals, and strategic alliances. The role involves managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term relationships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective corporate sales strategies to expand the business in the B2B mobile accessories market. Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, including telecom companies, retail chains, and large enterprises. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential corporate clients, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use insights to tailor sales strategies and offerings. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and meet client requirements. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys overall revenue growth. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and progress towards goals. Analyze performance and adjust strategies as necessary. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, or related industries. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to close large deals and manage high-value accounts. In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a strong drive for results. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
