The role we are looking to fill involves leading and managing sales efforts within the corporate or business-to-business (B2B) segment. The primary responsibilities include conducting competitor analysis, developing sales strategies, and nurturing relationships with corporate clients to expand market presence. This position requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, maintaining corporate relations, and designing tailored business proposals to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Undertake competitor analysis and maintain a prospect and customer list for sales leads. - Engage in trade conferences and nurture industry relationships to identify potential opportunities. - Design customized business proposals and engage with prospects to showcase available product lines. - Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with corporate entities. - Develop a data management system to track team productivity and sales forecast. - Participate in strategic consulting for business plan and sales strategy development. Qualifications: - Prior experience in Corporate or B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. - Strong negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals successfully. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and a self-starter. - Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
