Job Description
Location: Lucknow Key Responsibilities: Prospecting potential accounts using different databases,directories, and Office- to Office Visit office to office and convert existing leads. Continuously generating prospective customers and references from every visit. Selling products using face-to-face techniques. Ensuring the delivery of all necessary documents. Achieving the given Monthly targets. Filling in daily reports and submitting them to the direct manager as required. Effective time management of reporting and office work activities. Operating with the highest standards of personal integrity at all times. Candidate Profile: Behavioral - Excellent interpersonal and should have good verbal and written communications skills Multi-tasking and who can prioritize multiple projects at a time and take initiatives Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to campaign objectives. Experience in cross-team coordination with proven results high ownership skills Technical - Should be a self-starter and able to operate independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated excellent analytical ability. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to influence others without formal authority. Prior B2B and B2C sales experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment of a high-growth start-up.,
