Job Description: Corporate Sales Executive

CTC : 1.5 L to 3.0 Lac + Incentive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Corporate Sales Executive. This is an entry-level position suitable for a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about sales in the IT industry, specifically SaaS CRM products. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the corporate sector.
2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends related to SaaS CRM solutions.
3. Engage with prospects through various channels such as phone calls, and emails, to promote our SaaS CRM product and highlight its unique value propositions.
4. Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS CRM solution to potential clients.
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention.
7. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
8. Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the SaaS CRM market.
9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and represent the company.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our SaaS CRM product.
4. Passion for sales, with a goal-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM software, and sales-related tools.
7. Prior experience or internships in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
8. Preferably from B2B industry and experience in IT Sales
