Job Description

You will be joining Proschool, a group company of IMS Learning, which offers training for various courses in Finance, Accounting, and Analytics both offline and online across multiple locations in India. As the Corporate Relations and Student Placements role based in FC Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate student placements by establishing connections with corporates and coordinating with students. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing placement opportunities for students enrolled in Proschool programs, engaging with HR personnel from different companies to secure placements for students, evaluating candidates to ensure their profiles align with company requirements before scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback from companies post-interview, and conducting sessions on Personality Development, resume building, and mock interviews for students. This position requires you to work from the office, with working hours spanning six days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, and a day off during the week. The work shift will be 8.5 hours long (DAY SHIFT) from 10.30 am to 7.00 pm, although timings may vary based on the work schedule.,
