Job Description
As a candidate for this position, you should possess a B.E./B.Tech along with an MBA (Full-time) as an essential educational qualification. Additionally, having an MBA in Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or Business Analytics would be desirable. You are expected to have 7-10 years of work experience post MBA, preferably in areas such as Corporate/Business Strategy, Business Development, Business Transformation, Business Analytics & Research, Business Planning, Consulting Group, or Industry Exposure. Your primary accountabilities in this role will include the following: Market and Industry Analysis: Utilize various tools and techniques to gain insights into targeted markets, customer needs, industry trends (both within and outside the automotive industry), and industry best practices. Competitor Analysis: Identify competitors, assess their strengths and weaknesses, and develop competitive strategies based on the analysis. Project Planning: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and datasets in a visually appealing format to ensure effective project management. Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, provide timely feedback, and make recommendations or adjustments in line with top management guidelines. Project Delivery & Support: Assist in project delivery and implementation across departments, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards. Data Analysis: Leverage insights from the Research & Analytics team to identify opportunities for strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Data Reporting: Prepare and present reports on various strategic performance metrics to facilitate informed decision-making. Streamlining Processes: Identify and define strategic priorities, explore growth opportunities, and propose actionable solutions to streamline processes. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address stakeholder needs, expectations, and concerns effectively. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Cross-functional Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors to facilitate project success. Business Proposal Creation: Develop end-to-end proposals for initiatives requiring senior leadership approvals. Fast-Paced and Agile Working: Thrive in an ambiguous environment with undefined objectives, deliver projects under tight deadlines, and align with business requirements.
