We are seeking a skilled Office Map Designer & Interior Design Consultant to join our team on a freelance/contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in both mapping office layouts and designing interiors. This role involves collaborating with our team to understand our needs, creating a detailed office map, and providing interior design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with our team to understand the layout and functional requirements of our office space. - Create a detailed and accurate map of the office layout, including workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas. - Develop interior design concepts that align with our brand and enhance the office environment. - Provide recommendations for furniture, decor, and spatial arrangements to optimize productivity and comfort. - Source materials and furnishings within budget constraints. - Oversee the implementation of the design plan, ensuring it meets our standards and requirements. Qualifications: - Proven experience in office layout design and interior design. - Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite etc). - Strong understanding of spatial planning and ergonomic principles. - Ability to work within budget constraints and timelines.
