You are a skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Associate joining our finance team in Trivandrum. Your role involves managing corporate financial activities, offering insights for strategic decision-making, and ensuring the organization's financial health. You will assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial data. Moreover, preparing detailed financial reports, statements, and presentations for management will be part of your responsibilities. Your tasks will also include conducting financial modeling and valuations to support business strategies and collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies and plans. Furthermore, you will manage cash flow, treasury operations, and corporate finance activities while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax laws. Your role will involve assisting in auditing processes, preparing necessary documentation for audits, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, and profit improvement. Maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial data reporting will also be crucial. To qualify for this role, a CA Articleship or Inter Qualification is mandatory, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or accounting. You should have a strong knowledge of financial principles, corporate accounting, and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and accounting tools.
