Job Description
As an Executive/Senior Executive in Corporate Compliance Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Corporate Compliance policies and monitoring policy requirements. Your qualifications should include a Postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA or equivalent, along with 2-4 years of experience in the financial services/institution sector. Your primary tasks will involve tracking and updating various Regulatory Portals such as SCORES, ODR, and SEBI Intermediary Portal. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring aspects related to Ratings Compliance Operations, including Business Advisories and Conflict Checks. You will also provide support in Personal Trading Policy operations, Legatrix Operations, and other regulatory requirements such as regulatory inspections. Furthermore, you will be expected to manage queries from employees and relevant stakeholders, demonstrating good communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role.
