Our client is a established Alpo trading firm functioning across asset classes. They are team of highly skilled quant developers, researchers, mathematicians, and statistical experts. They are looking to hire seasoned senior tech lead to join their HFT Infrastructure team. Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing high frequency automated trading systems Optimize trading systems by using networks and systems programming. Do Research and Development of algorithms to reduce the latency of trading systems. Build risk-management and performance-tracking tools. Own and be responsible for modules including research, design, development, deployment, optimization, and support. Overseeing the development and implementation of scalable and secure technology systems, software solutions and infrastructure. Providing strong leadership and guidance to the technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Qualifications: Qualified Engineering Bachelors or Master degree from reputed institution. 8+ years of relevant experience as part of system/core engineering/infra team with a HFT. Excellent coding skills in C++ with HFT firm. Strong knowledge on quantitative trading and related concepts Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skill who can work closely with tech and non tech audience.
