Pitching Story Ideas and Angles: Generate innovative and engaging story ideas aligned with the editorial vision. Participate in editorial meetings to pitch compelling story angles. Ensure the originality and relevance of pitched ideas. Delivery of Accurate Scripts and Copies: Produce factually accurate, error-free, and plagiarism-free written content. Ensure 100% accuracy and originality in all outputs. Follow and Track Geopolitical Events Closely monitor and analyse ongoing developments in geopolitics and international affairs. Conduct thorough background research to provide context and depth to current events. Ensuring Smooth Playout of Stories: Deliver all required editorial elements accurately and on time to ensure seamless production. Maintain complete adherence to deadlines and delivery standards. Experience in broadcast journalism, video explainers and storytelling. Demonstrated ability to script, edit, and produce news stories tailored for digital and broadcast platforms. Previous experience working within a fast-paced newsroom environment, with a clear understanding of editorial workflows and deadlines. A sound understanding of international or world news would be an added advantage. Experience range: 3-5 years.,
