Job Summary : Copilot Developer. Experience 2-5 yrs. Notice Period : Immediate Joiner/15 days. Location : Remote. We are seeking a skilled and innovative Copilot Developer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The Ideal Candidate Will Have a Solid Background In Microsoft Power Platform And Power Apps, Experience Integrating APIs And Azure Services, And a Keen Interest In AI Technologies Such As Azure OpenAI And Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including both declarative and custom agents. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and design tailored Copilot-based solutions. Serve as a business solutions architect, guiding the team with a unified approach to development. Develop and manage custom connectors to extend Copilot functionality. Integrate Microsoft Copilot with Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other knowledge sources. Provide support and maintenance for existing solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven 3+experience with the Microsoft Power Platform. Strong experience integrating REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services. Familiarity with Copilot AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI-powered development tools and LLMs. Solid understanding of AI concepts and their practical implementation in business applications. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. (ref:hirist.tech),
