Job Description

You will work closely with the WSP India Marcom team on various design projects for the team and other regions. WSP is seeking a graphics designer to join the WSP India MarCom Team. We are looking for a creative individual with strong design skills and updated knowledge of the latest design software and tools. Key Competencies: Mandatory Skills: - Proficiency in industry-leading software and technologies such as Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Bridge) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). - Display graphic design skills with a robust portfolio. - Ability to create assets like Brochures, Whitepapers, Social Media Graphics, Advertisements, Infographics, Charts, PowerPoint presentations, Videos, Image Resizing/Editing, Branded Templates, etc. - Strong communication skills. - Experience in working with design briefs and content managers. - Knowledge of typography, layouts, grids, templates, image use, and graphic design principles. - Capability to prepare documents for print, including proofing. - Proficiency in working with various file formats like JPEG, EPS, TIF, PNG, PDF, MOV, MP4, etc. - Professionalism concerning time management, costs, and meeting deadlines. - Ability to create both print and interactive documents. - Maintenance and organization of design files and image library. - Effective interaction, communication, and presentation of ideas to clients and colleagues. Desired Skills: - Design creation for graphs and infographics. - Basic knowledge of the industry. - Self-driven approach with good communication skills. Qualifications: - Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma/Master's degree/MBA Diploma. - Minimum of 5 years of proven graphic design experience.,
