Additionally, you will play a crucial role in planning convention center events and creating budgets while allocating funds accordingly. Taking reservations for booths and speaking engagements, processing end-of-day reports, and managing invoices from vendors will also be part of your duties. Moreover, you will be required to inspect public areas before events and coordinate with the custodial staff. Promoting brand image and awareness through social media platforms and establishing connections with local media outlets, online and offline, are also key responsibilities within this role.
