OUR TEAM The Brand Experience group operates at the convergence of insight, storytelling, and consumer experience. Within it, the Experience Design Teamwhere youll contributepartners closely with Social, Creator, UX/UI, and Activation teams to create seamless journeys that engage users and convert consistently. As part of this agile, insights-led team, youll have the opportunity to shape how users interact with some of the worlds most compelling brands. Youll collaborate across disciplines to design, test, and refine user experiences that are as intuitive as they are impactful. WHAT YOULL DO: Key Responsibilities: Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and other heatmap/session recording platforms Design and manage A/B/n and multivariate tests using platforms such as Convert.com, VWO, or similar Set up and manage tags and events through Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure clean, reliable data Identify friction points, create test hypotheses, and guide cross-functional teams through implementation Translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Create clear insight slides and testing roadmaps for internal teams and clients, including ongoing performance monitoring and optimization recommendations Continuously monitor site performance, user engagement, and conversion KPIs ABOUT YOU What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience working in CRO, digital analytics, UX, or a related optimization role Familiarity with tools like GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, VWO, or Convert Understanding of user flows, funnel optimization, and digital behavior analysis Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions Comfortable collaborating across design, dev, and marketing teams Working knowledge of front-end testing constraints (no deep coding needed) An open-minded approach and a willingness to learn new tools, methods, and insights on the job Nice to Have: Experience running tests for e-commerce, lead gen, or SaaS websites Familiarity with accessibility and web performance best practices Exposure to user research, surveys, or other qualitative tools Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS/JS (no coding required) Some experience with Figma or similar UI tools EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES SOCIAL & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY At Assembly, we have a responsibility to bring impact into our every day.
