Job Title: Controls Engineer (PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA Programming) (Designation will be decided on the candidates experience & exposure) Experience - 2 to 10 years Education Qualification - Diploma / bachelors degree in electrical engineering, electronics and mechatronics or related field. Department: Technology Development Division Location: Coimbatore, Chennai, Pune Industry: Storage system & Warehouse automation Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Controls Engineer with a experience in programming Siemens and Allen Bradley, Codesys PLC, drives and HMI. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing and implementing control systems that meet customer requirements in intralogistics and warehouse automation domain. The candidate must be willing to travel to customer sites for design approvals, installations, commissioning and troubleshooting. What we're looking for : 2 to 10 years of experience in programming Siemens, Allen Bradley, Codesys, SEW PLC and Drives. Experience in the field of warehouse automation, Siemens PLC -STL, FB programming, SEW drives will be an advantage. Testing of codes with simulation tools and methodologies with documentation. Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text). Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA, S7- Comm, EtherCAT, CAN /S-bus). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams. Strong knowledge in basics of electrical and electronics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
