Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Controllership role located in Bengaluru. As a Controllership professional, you will have following responsibilities Monitor, Develop and implement efficient financial processes to enhance accuracy and productivity. Conduct timely reconciliations of financial accounts and ensure adherence to controls. Ensure timely and accurate book closing, meeting specified Prepare MIS for the management Monitor budget VS Actuals Follow up with consultants to ensure the timely filing of the company Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA-Finance with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Startup industry. Self-starter with a curious mindset, demonstrating the ability to take ownership of processes and drive initiatives independently Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities,
