Must Have Skills Accounting, Review of Financial, Month End Close Experience Level 7 - 10 Years External Description Controller has to handle multiple clients independently Subject matter expert GL & US GAAP Should have client management & relevant exposure Controller has to work with towers and should be the SIPOC for the client/VPF. Involve in account from the transition phase Get to understand the Clients business Need to understand all processes AP , O2C and others Reporting requirements Critical thinking and to question on standard process so as to implementing best practices in the industry To act as the primary liaison for delivery with transition & implementation To identify areas for process improvements and to implement best practices that is being followed Problem-solving abilities Should identify gaps in the process and implement a requisite control mechanism Controller has to have strong analytical and organizational skills Controller must be result-oriented, and have a passion for change implementation Project management To work with different towers and make sure client deliverables are managed well. Be self-motivated and proactive requiring minimal supervision, and have strong leadership capabilities Controller must have exceptionally great communication skills both in written and verbal form Provide audit support to clients Detailed review and submission of financials to client. External Skills And Expertise Skill Sets: Excellent Communication skills (written & Verbal) Working experience in ERPs Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment Expert knowledge of GAAP Strong Analytical abilities Working Knowledge of MS Office Suite Great interpersonal skills Client Management exposure Team management skills KPO relevant experience Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience Educational Background: CA/CPA/ICWA,
