Job Description

• Read and Interpret Diagrams:
• Interpret electrical and mechanical engineering drawings, diagrams, and schematics to understand the layout and wiring requirements for control panels.
• Panel Assembly:
• Assemble control panels by mounting electrical components such as circuit breakers, relays, switches, and other devices onto back panels or enclosures.
• Arrange and secure wiring in an organized and logical manner.
• Wiring:
• Perform wiring connections according to engineering specifications and industry standards.
• Terminate and label wires as per the electrical diagrams.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that all wiring and connections are accurate, secure, and meet safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and rectify any wiring discrepancies or defects.
• Testing:
• Conduct functional tests on control panels to verify proper operation.
• Collaborate with testing and quality assurance teams to address any issues identified during testing.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of wiring layouts, modifications, and any changes made during the assembly process.
• Create documentation for as-built panels.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations throughout the assembly and wiring process.
• Identify and report any safety concerns or hazards.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
