Contracts Manager (MEP)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of contracts related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects within the construction industry.
• Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Review and analyze contract performance to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contract management activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records of all contract-related activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the organization by aligning contract management practices with business goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
