Job Title: Contract Management Specialist Location: Thane, India Shift: 06:00 PM to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to handle, review, negotiate, and manage contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, mitigate risks, and support stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, etc.). Ensure contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, procurement, and business stakeholders) to facilitate contract approvals. Maintain an organized database of contracts, ensuring timely renewals and amendments. Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring adherence to company policies. Assist in dispute resolution and contract termination procedures. Provide regular reports and insights on contract performance, risks, and obligations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in contract management, legal review, or procurement. Strong knowledge of contract law, risk assessment, and compliance. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
