Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support contract lifecycle management, procurement platform operations, and vendor administration. This role involves reviewing and updating contracts, maintaining the contract repository, supporting procurement tools, and providing vendor-related administrative support. Strong coordination with cross-functional teams and sharp documentation skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Update, amend, and negotiate contract clauses in line with policy and legal standards Review contracts, assess risks, and recommend improvements Maintain and govern a centralized contract repository Enforce compliance with contract management protocols Support procurement platforms and provide user training Manage vendor onboarding, evaluations, and renewals Generate reports on contract performance and compliance Assist in drafting policies and SOPs related to procurement and contracts Profile Requirements Bachelors degree or higher in Procurement or related field 3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or vendor operations Solid grasp of contract law and procurement workflows Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills Skills: risk assessment,contract lifecycle management,report generation,organizational skills,procurement platform operations,policy drafting,analytical skills,contract negotiation,contract compliance,legal,vendor administration,procurement,documentation skills,contract management,
