Work experience in Accounting & CRM software and MS Office suite. Knowledge of Tally is a must. Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices, regulations, and market dynamics. Job Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian and overseas standards. Coordinate and assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to the Management. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting principles. Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Collaborate with other departments to support their financial needs and objectives. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
