As an Analyst on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will be part of a diverse global team with expertise in various disciplines. You will have a range of responsibilities and we are looking for self-motivated individuals who can keep up with the pace of innovation. We are eager to train you in harnessing the potential of generative AI. What we require from you: - Hold a Master's / M.Phil / Ph.D. degree in Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Creative Writing, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, Economics, Political Science, History, or related fields. - Proficiency at C1 level in English. - Experience in content writing related to the subject matter. - Strong grasp of visual and logical reasoning concepts. - Familiarity with machine learning models, especially Language Learning Models (LLMs). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and proficiency in handling complex, multi-step problem-solving scenarios. - Technical skills to engage with LLMs and interpret their outputs effectively. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. Role and Responsibilities: - Develop training data sets for AI models to enhance accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice. - Annotate data to align AI models with human values. - Analyze and enhance grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI-generated text to ensure linguistic adherence. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine data sets. - Contribute to evolving specifications for AI model training and data recipes. - Adapt to evolving guidelines and priorities in a dynamic environment. - Meet set KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specific data production timelines.,
