To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a copywriter in a marketing agency, with expertise in mainline copywriting, digital media, and content development. You must possess exceptional writing skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, a knack for strategic brainstorming and creative execution, and a keen eye for detail within demanding timelines. A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field is required, while experience in the FinTech and IT industry would be advantageous.
