Job Summary: As a Content Specialist at Pocket FM, you will play a key role in crafting engaging, dramatic and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. Your role will include editing, and optimizing content, as well as implementing best practices in content quality assurance. You will also be responsible for guiding writers on the basis of retention data. Key Responsibilities: Be the Editorial guide to a team of 8+ writers Evaluate the quality of adaptations of original scripts and ensure that the entire writing team adheres to consistent standards and guidelines Ensure that the script for each audio series is of high quality and effectively resonates with the audience Regularly analyze data to identify which parts of the story can be improved and generate new ideas for further enhancing the narrative Identify and address issues in low-performing shows, proposing innovative ideas and strategies to boost their performance and audience engagement Conduct a comprehensive review of negative comments and feedback for each show to identify recurring issues raised by viewers Analyze metrics such as: Completion Rate Return Rate Time Spent Audience Retention Curve,
