Job Description Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and provide information about our programs and services. Assist beneficiaries, donors, and stakeholders with accurate and timely responses. Document and maintain detailed records of interactions in the system. Resolve concerns or queries effectively while maintaining a compassionate and professional tone. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation when necessary. Achieve set performance targets while upholding the organizations values and mission. Education/Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus). Prior experience in customer service or a contact center role is preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in using computer systems and basic office tools.
