Job Description

Are you passionate about understanding consumer behavior and turning data into actionable insights We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support product development, marketing, and strategic initiatives within our team. As an Executive- Consumer Insights, your responsibilities will include understanding business objectives and defining research needs. You will conduct qualitative research through consumer calls, interviews, focus groups, and online communities. Developing research instruments such as discussion guides, surveys, and questionnaires will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will support data collection, analysis, and the preparation of reports. Summarizing consumer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product improvement is crucial. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized records of all research activities and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards. Key Requirements for this role include strong qualitative research skills, particularly in moderating calls and writing discussion guides. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A solid understanding of qualitative research methodologies is necessary. Proficiency in using MS Office and Google Sheets is required. Strong coordination and communication abilities are also important qualities. Familiarity with Product testing methodologies such as monadic, sequential, sensory, and HUTs is preferred, and exposure to personal care product testing would be a plus.,
