Job Description
As a member of our team, you will represent a group of consultants and analysts responsible for two key areas: 1. Pre-sales and post-sales consulting & application build/demonstrations. 2. Implementation Services/SCPaaS (Supply Chain Planning as a Service) - a market offering that provides retained supply chain planning services to customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Working as part of project teams throughout the pre-sales cycle, deployment/implementation, and post-sales supply chain consulting. - Providing technical and functional expertise and training to team members to ensure effective and optimal use of software in helping customers achieve their supply chain goals and business objectives. - Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally. - Interacting and communicating effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience. - Hands-on experience in a consulting role delivering projects in supply chain management, focusing on supply planning and demand management. - Experience in deploying supply chain planning software (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, etc.). - Proficiency in planning software and advanced planning tools. - Strong functional/domain expertise with hands-on experience in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications, and documentation. - Involvement in 1-2 full lifecycle supply chain planning implementations. - Participation in gathering business requirements, analyzing and transforming them into application requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, leading functional design approval processes, interacting with the product team to test and deliver solutions, assisting customers during UAT, and working in an offshore delivery model environment. - Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally. Additionally, it would be ideal if you have: - A degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics. A Master's degree in one of these areas or an MBA from a reputed institute is preferred. - Prior consulting experience would be beneficial for this role.,
