Role : Consultant (IT Recruitment) Location : Andheri West, Mumbai (WFO) Note: Only Mumbai based candidates must apply Key Responsibilities: Business Planning & Strategy: Identify, pursue and capture new business opportunities within IT industry within mid senior level. Should believe in placing the candidates than filling the jobs. Develop and maintain relationship with all major clients (key accounts) Monitor and ensure the achievement of financial performance, business retention and business growth Analyze data and metrics to identify any issues with financial acumen to manage variations in the P&L Ensure continuous monitoring of local market benchmark in terms of competitive activity and capabilities. Desired skills and experience: 4 to 8 years of progressive recruitment experience. Prior knowledge and expertise within IT/Technology within executive search domain (Product, start-up, GIC, SaaS) A Good People Manager: team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible Demonstrated management and leadership skills with sound business judgment Knowledge and expertise in strategy, financial analysis, and project management Ability to quickly assess an opportunity's potential, applying fact-based analysis and industry experience Self-starter with strong results-orientation, execution excellence, and strong communication skills Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Heres an opportunity to be a leader in an environment that promises phenomenal future growth.
