As a Consultant in Digital Learning with a focus on Online Safety, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the team in identifying the target audience, product needs, and objectives. You will be tasked with designing and developing a curriculum map that is based on relevant content related to Online Safety. Your role will involve extracting core information from existing content and transforming it into suitable and scalable learning materials. A key aspect of your job will be creating and maintaining high-quality learning content. You will be expected to generate ideas for producing videos that are centered around Online Safety for children. This will require you to create scripts, storyboards, and designs to effectively convey the identified content. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback and inputs on the developed videos to ensure alignment with the project's objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess specialized job competencies such as experience in curriculum creation, expertise in Online Safety, and a background in developing short-form, video-based content. Previous experience working with an NGO is preferred, along with a proven track record of effectively managing short turnaround-based projects. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being preferred. You should have at least 8-10 years of proven experience in developing online content, particularly in a social or educational setting. This position is based in Mumbai, with a remote work option available. The compensation range for this role will be determined based on your experience and qualifications.,
