As a Project Management professional in Financial Services/Banking with an MBA/CA from Tier 1/Tier 2, you will collaborate closely with client counterparts to establish a clear long-term vision, goals, and strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to drive large scale transformation programs that enable organizations to evolve into AI-powered enterprises. You will work hand in hand with clients to develop data-driven business and operating models, ensuring that they extract maximum value from AI-led initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing future processes and organizational structures for clients, supported by comprehensive transformation roadmaps. Conducting ideation workshops with global business, technical professionals, and subject matter experts will be crucial, as you translate their requirements into prioritized roadmaps and help build business cases for implementation. Leveraging best practices, you will craft solutions for targeted processes that align with client objectives. Knowledge transfer will be a core aspect of your job, as you guide clients and supporting organizations through each phase of the project. Regular feedback mechanisms and effective communication channels will be essential to maintain high satisfaction levels among team members and consultants, especially in challenging situations.
