Key Responsibilities: Supervising and Coordinating: Overseeing all interior construction activities on-site, including managing labor, subcontractors, and vendors. Project Management: Developing and managing project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints. Quality Control: Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and design specifications. Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and protocols on the site. Client Communication: Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide project updates, and address any questions or concerns. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues on-site to ensure the smooth and timely completion of projects. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of project details, including contracts, invoices, and change orders. Technical Expertise: Understanding and interpreting interior design plans and specifications. Team Leadership: Motivating and leading the site workforce, providing training and feedback as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Typically requires a few years of experience in interior construction or a related field.
