The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing workforce and subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). 3 to 5 years of experience managing construction sites or civil engineering projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project scheduling. Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards (e.g., IS codes, local building codes). Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
