In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Provide project management control and planning support, including strategic planning, analysis of future projects, and technical collaboration. - Assist in developing project plans, site selection, engineering, and equipment specification. - Monitor project activities, review schedules, ensure cost control, and plan for cash flow requirements. - Ensure accurate reflection of ongoing project status by timely and correct booking of project-related costs. - Ensure compliance with procedures and support financial analysis. - Create project schedules and support project evaluation based on key performance metrics. - Identify, develop, pursue, and implement operational and work process improvements. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control formats and ISO documents. - Maintain project documents and ensure all certifications are in place. - Obtain completion certificates and collect duly certified Time Sheets. - Possess an academic background in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) with 2-4 years of experience in a data management environment. - Be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. - Have a keen interest in working with diverse teams and locations. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Power Pivot/Power App with other database experience being a plus. - Have a good command of the English language and familiarity with ERP systems. - Willingness to learn and work with data, and open to occasional international travel.
