Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution & Site Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end construction of water supply and civil infrastructure, including intake wells, WTPs, OHTs, CWRs, pump houses, DI/HDPE pipelines

2.Planning & Resource Management:

• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of construction materials.
• Review and verify bar bending schedules (BBS), BOQ preparation, and DPR maintenance.

3.Quality Control & Compliance:

• Implement strict quality control measures to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct routine quality checks on construction materials, structural works, boundary walls, and pipeline installations

4. Stakeholder & Team Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and government agencies (Jal Nigam, PHED, SWSM).
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, contractors, and gram pradhans to address project challenges.

5. Civil Construction & Additional Infrastructure:

• Manage the construction of boundary walls, approach roads, staff quarters, pump house buildings, and other civil structures.
• Oversee the structural integrity and finishing of civil works, ensuring durability and compliance with safety norms.

Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 7+ years in construction management for water supply and civil infrastructure projects.

• Construction of WTPs, OHTs, CWRs, pump houses, DI/HDPE pipelines, boundary walls, staff quarters, and related structures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project scheduling tools. Strong knowledge of bar bending schedules (BBS), BOQs, and DPRs.
