Job Description

A Construction Foreman oversees construction site operations, manages workers, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. They act as a bridge between management and the construction crew, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety regulations. 

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and Coordinating: Leading and directing the work of construction crews, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.

  • Safety Enforcement: Implementing and monitoring safety procedures, ensuring proper use of equipment and personal protective gear, and conducting safety meetings.

  • Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, maintaining schedules, and reporting on milestones, delays, and potential issues.

  • Resource Management: Managing manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal resource allocation and project efficiency.

  • Communication: Facilitating communication between the construction crew, supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
