Configuration Management Specialist
We are looking for a Configuration Management Specialist with a strong background in CMDB design, service modeling, and software license management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design CMDB data model and service mappings in Marval
- Work with suppliers for CI data collection & updates
- Lead software license management and reconciliation process
- Assess and enhance current SACM processes and discovery methods
Skills Required:
- 10+ years in multi-domain, multi-supplier IT service environments
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, discovery, and SAM tools
- Strong knowledge of CMDB design and assessments
- ITIL 4 Foundation certified
