Hardware and Software Support: Troubleshooting:Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, including those related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals. Installation and Configuration:Setting up new computers, peripherals, and software, ensuring they are correctly configured for optimal performance. Maintenance:Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as updating drivers, applying security patches, and backing up data. Repair:Fixing hardware malfunctions, replacing components, and ensuring systems are back online quickly.
