Key Responsibilities: Efficiently process sales transactions. Operate computer systems for sales and inventory management. Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries and purchases. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in restocking products. Prepare invoices with precision, adhering to pricing guidelines. Keep meticulous records of sales transactions and customer data. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to pharmacy regulations and company policies. Work from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM to meet customer needs effectively. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations. Intermediate qualification or higher. Proficiency in computer systems and software. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Effective communication skills for excellent customer service.
