Job description Job Description System Operator (SO) Position: System Operator (SO) Location: Multiple Exam Venues within the City Reports to: Venue Operations Manager (VOM) / Venue Commanding Officer (VCO) Job Purpose The System Operator (SO) is responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure technical execution of computer-based examinations at the assigned venue. The SO will conduct system checks, network setup, server management and security compliance to prevent malpractices and ensure flawless exam delivery. The SO will work in close coordination with the Venue IT Admin, Exam Operations Team, and Technical Support Teams to manage system and network infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with exam security protocols.
