About the Role: We are looking for a skilled CAM Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience in Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM). If you have a passion for precision machining, CNC programming, and optimizing manufacturing processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Develop CAM programs for CNC machines using Mastercam, NX CAM, PowerMill, or equivalent software. Optimize tool paths, cutting parameters, and machining strategies to enhance productivity. Collaborate with design engineers to interpret 3D models, 2D drawings, and GD&T requirements. Select the right cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material properties. Perform NC code verification and simulation to prevent errors and ensure accuracy. Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements. Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth execution of CAM programs. Maintain and update CAM libraries, post processors, and best machining practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related fields. 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in CAM programming & CNC machining. Proficiency in CAM software like Mastercam, NX CAM, PowerMill, or EdgeCAM. Strong knowledge of CNC operations, G-code, M-code, and toolpath strategies. Understanding of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and machining tolerances. Experience in mold making, die manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive components is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues effectively. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with multi-axis machining (3-axis, 5-axis CNC programming). Knowledge of PLM systems & CAD software like SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.
