Job Description

Designation: Compliance Specialist
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Joining: Immediate
Salary: 15,000/- to 20,000/- PM (Negotiable)
Work Location: Bengaluru
Qualification: Under Graduate/Graduate Any
Interview Process:- 1st round telephonic and 2nd round is face to face.
 
Roles and Responsibilities are as follows:
 

  • Labor Law and Statutory Compliances
  • Handling of Labor Law and Statutory Compliances for Registered Unit under Shops and Establishment Act and Factories Act
  • Handling of Labor Law and Statutory Compliances for Registered Office under Shops and Establishment Act Monthly Basis Recurring
  • Preparation and Maintenance of Statutory Registers recurring through ought the year laid under respective Labour Acts Monthly Basis Recurring
  • Periodical Updation of all statutory registers recurring on Monthly Basis
  • Timely submission of all Online and Offline Labour Law and Statutory returns recurring Monthly/Quarterly/Annual
  • Employment Exchange Returns
  • Labour Welfare fund Act Periodical Returns as applicable
  • PoSH Act Returns Periodical Returns as applicable
  • Contract Labour Act – Management
  • Contract Labor registration certificate registration / amendment / closure
  • Handling and Timely closure of Inspections/Notices/Show cause/Summons
  • PF, PT, ESIC Recurring Activities
  • Factory / Establishment registration certificate /renewal/amendment/ closure
  • Awareness regarding Display of statutory notices and abstracts
  • Compliance support for accident or death cases as applicable
  • Liaisoning with Labour and Statutory authorities
  • Labour Law and Statutory Compliance Updation through Online and Offline Progress/Status update
  • Handling of Pollution Control Board Compliances e. Environment, Health and Safety specific to Industry domain requirement
