Job Description

You are invited to join a leading Financial Institution in Mumbai in the role of Senior Manager/AVP Compliance. With at least 7 years of experience in SEBI (ICDR) Regulations or the Process of Preferential issue, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations and stock exchange guidelines. Your responsibilities will include verifying that SEBI regulations, Exchange Checklists, and Guidelines are meticulously adhered to. Additionally, you will be tasked with reviewing valuation reports, meeting deadlines outlined in the Exchange Guidance Note and SEBI Regulations, and updating the Exchange database post-share listing approvals. In this role, you will be expected to promptly respond to queries from SEBI, submit data to SEBI in a timely manner, and generate internal management reports. Moreover, you will play a key role in researching existing systems and leading development projects to streamline processes. As a Senior Manager/AVP Compliance, you will oversee teams across various verticals, ensuring that all compliance activities are effectively coordinated and executed.
