Job Summary: The Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive compliance program to ensure the company meets all regulatory and legal obligations. This role involves working with internal teams, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization. Key Responsibilities: v Develop, implement, and oversee the companys compliance programs and policies. v Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements(Like IF, TNPCB, EPR). v Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues. v Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters. v Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure timely updates to policies. v Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions. v Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation. v Maintain records of compliance activities and report to senior management. v Work closely with different departments to align business operations with regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: v Bachelors or Masters degree, Business Administration, or a related field. v 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs. v Strong knowledge of industry regulations and corporate compliance requirements. v Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. v Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. v Proficiency in compliance software and risk management tools Work Environment: v Office-based role with occasional travel for audits and regulatory meetings. v Collaboration with multiple internal departments and external regulatory bodies.,
